 Emelita's Route , Queen Staff

Post Emelita's Route , Queen Staff
I have lvl Promise Staff with 200+ knowledge and 200+ sense, but I have no recipe for queen's staff. Am I missing something ?

Another question is if I go ahead and finish Emelita's route, would I still be able to craft queen's staff and emelita's weapon / accessories afterward ? Any materials I need to get that is only available in Emelita's route ?

Did you level the staff completely? Also, it may require NG+.

You can craft advanced weapons no matter what route you are on; only first one is route-specific. There is no accessories for Emelita that you need to craft.

Athena Gem (+Int) is Emelita route only, and it's required for an ultimate weapon recipe, so get it.
