Are there any subroutes in EL?

You mean like the Shiva's and "Lester's" routes in GAI? I don't think so.

I believe the subroutes are only in the first game. Since there are no more angels for Tact not to love up to this point. Probably the only reason the subroute for Lester or Shiva was there in the first place was because Broccoli predicted Chitose's arrival and made it.

Plausible.
However, if they didn't, perhaps the Lester substory was for the generic "VN Bad Ending" and Shivas' was for an indepth event.
