I'm just going reinstalling Kamidori right now & I'm wondering how I tell which version of the patch I have is. I've got 2 files both named the same in my archives & I know one of them is the 1.1 or whatever but how to tell?

Wanna ask why is this thing happen to mine?

Recently in a windows 10 OS update, it caused Kamidori(idk about other VNs, I didn't check) to squish the text up like a bunch of MG's old translation works did. If you really want me to I can get a screenshot of this, but I will need to re install the update(I uninstalled it immediately after finding out that it screwed up Kamidori) to take a screenshot. I would like to note that the game SEEMED to work fine, though I did not go past the load screen before exiting and removing the update.

Edit: The update installed itself despite my attempts to avoid it, and this time the text is fine, so consider the issue solved I guess.

Guys I have a problem. I looked on the site a lot but I couldn't find the answer to my problem. My character in the game like in the picture disappears. Then comes the black screen but the game continues.This isn't the place, but also other sites I couldn't find the answer.

If you know please, please help. How many times have the game downloaded and installed.

I played for some time in this video game with a very good RPG gameplay. Usually playing on hardest difficulty without cheats and similar stuff (idiotic Deadbeat Dungeon forced me to reload, I thought it's a normal quest...) and guides (don't like spoilers). For now my playtrough is on stage for, my party is usually 23-24 lvl for an exception of the Swordsman wich is 32 lvl already, I have some problems:

Ho to defeat this annoying Clown-like girl which have same habits as Reaper was to appear on 35th move? Can't beat it even with a full equipped party against Dark attacks. Double strike, insane speed and over 30 dmg per hit to Yuela Dark Armor with Neclease this is too much...

Can I return the Reaper in Yudora's Wood to defeat it and explore what it drops, beacause in encyclopedia there is "???..." signs, just curious?

What purpose and features of the "All-Purpose Furniture"? Which is actually a pretty rare.

Played a lot, and see no any pornographic pictures, but no matter, the game is beautiful designed anyway, maybe it's just a routes I have choose or something...

It's nearly impossible to beat her anyway, since the map finishes after you attack her once." — No, it's not only plot/quest encounter, it's appearing on 35th move always in Yudora Woodland for an example, even after you have completed quest. I have defeated she few times, but not in Woodland and dropped Demon Neclease wich a pretty useful thing! I have only one such accesory on my 4-th Chapter. Unfortunuately I used my party few times in Yudora Woodland, after completed quest on Reaper, but I have forgot to defeat it there (there is level cap, so now she was something like 20th level and my party is all 23-24 lvl, and the Swordsman is 32lvl in Demonic Armor + Neclase so it can easily beat Reaper, only problem acursed counter attack with chance of 999 damage...), so when I placed ma party and waiting for Reaper to defeat, no Reaper appear but the Clown-gilrl! There was such shok :O

There are several versions of the reaper, which appear in different times. I got confused, I guess.
I think the reaper goes away after you kill her in chapter 3.

No, the Reaper, at least that particular version of she is not disappearing in Yudora Woodland after completed quest in Chapter 3, I saw she few times after. I thought the Reaper will be forevere there, until defeated, so I gathered party after some time and was a very surprised when on 35th move appeared no Reaper but a Clown-girl which hits like a crazy. Anyway, no matter.

Just curious, what is better for Workspace a Mutation or Tools? I am used Mutation Furniture but it's actually a very rarely mutating and sometime in low powered items, and I feel a problems with resources always, especially with Wood, Good Wood and etc... To be said, once it's mutated to super-powerful sword Sea Dragon when I have making Sui Ruis, so it's icreadible helped in game, but still curious what a chance of mutation during Alchemy and how Furniture influence it?

P. S. I from a village in Ukraine so I perfectly understand Russian language.

Mutation is actually a very usefull in terms of cash, for an example you making 5 Blue Dragon for sale, and then if you have enough mutation there is a good chance some of them to mutate into Sea Dragon which is much more cash worth.

Skill Prevail is actually a cheating skill I think so, it's can be found in Bird Of Prey and in some high-level Armor, the Swordsman with this skill is simply unstopable, poor me choose it in branching before I realized the power of it, so the game will become too easy for now, I think so

So the question, how to make Kamidori more difficult? Or maybe later in game will be more difficulty even with such skills?

Does anybody knows tactic in Runic Forest Ruins, Prayer Grounds where you need to fight with two chars against a bucket of attackers? I have Alchemist and Mage 24 lvl and 26 lvl, can't beat this map, nearly impossible

Well, this is an English speaking forum, so I'll keep it in English. Unless you want to go to PMs.

Mutation stat is only useful when you're trying to make something mutable.
Tools save up a percentage of resources per item, rounded up, so they are only useful in high amounts (you need 34 to save 1 point of material in a craft that takes 3) or for recipes with very high amounts of the same material.
Most workshop stats are kinda limited like this.

There's a hard mode you can choose on game start, but it also makes tutorial mission extremely hard. It's better in NG+, but it still applies to NG+ content itself, which can be too much for you.
I think best you can do for harder gameplay is self-imposed limitations like "don't use main characters unless required". Then uncap monster levels in NG+ if you want.

Prevail is broken good, yeah.

Prayer Grounds are messy. First of all, get some upgrades for your chosen armor. Then I've seen some advanced tactics:
- Spec Emelita for defense, give her a sword cane, and tank with her while Wil is hitting with Earthquake (Earth Axe) from behind her back. This idn't work for me, I think.
- Lure the goblins into the electric fields room, hide behind the fields, hit with ranged attacks. This worked, but I barely made it in the turn limit.

Thanx for the answer, but I have done it before read your post! And actually I have started the game on the hardest possible difficulty, so obviously if there was avaible hard mode I plugged on it in the beginning of the game.
Yep, Pravail is too powerful, no interesting, poor me don't know it and choose the route in Flame Armor, for now maybe I will back-track it despite of enormous cost... :S

How I have managed to beat Prayer Grounds on Stage 4:

— Train Mage in map with Iron Soldier to 35 lvl, Alchemist was 25 lvl
— Equip used: 2 Portal Stones, 10 Small Potions, 2 Large Potions, 6 Azure Fruits, and something like 5 Small Aethers, Mithrill Hammer (tried with Earth Axe, failed), Elemental Robe (upgraded to the max possible without Fabric Magic, and Enhancer wich is unaviable), Alchemist Cloth the same, Swan Staff
— Skills: Battle Orders (silver), Cover 1 (copper), Water Volley (silver), Wil's Guardian (silver), Soul Shield 1 (copper), Flash Step 1 (copper), Adventurer (copper), Rune — Enhance (silver)

The Gobles have super annoying combo Manhunter + Ferocity, and insane speed, also they have near 140 HP, and the most powerful skill of Mage doing 60 damage per fight without crit and/or miss... Alchemist is totaly useless in close combat (he is actually almost totally useless in the ANY combat), so the main point to stay on mage back and pray for Cover.
No way to hide in electricity, you will never catch up in time, also Gobles will capture the Home Base, the time is the matter there, you need fast reach second portal and close it with the Portal Stone or it will spawn more and more deadly Gobles manhunters... This map is no less than ten times harder then initiation on Training Grounds, I have barely reach the final on 49th of 50 moves!

And now the main question! — HOW, in the name of hell, to avoid a sexual scene with Emelita?! There was no any pornography before (there was two choices before Emelita to speak or not to speak with Yuela and Servaly for an example, I picked "no furher" and it's was fine), BUT now, with Emelita there is no any choices! I have break porno-scene on the middle and the game have back track my one or two last save games! OMG! I need again to beat the last goblin portal... Idiotic...

I'm currently stuck on Quest 2 due to a bug/error that I haven't found any evidence of occurring to anyone else.

Near the end of the mission, a cut-scene is supposed to occur where the Reaper appears for the first time and everybody flees right? Well for some reason, that doesn't happen for me. Instead I continue to wander the map unable to complete the percentage of explored area due to a river that renders the final area unexplorable.

This is still in the prologue so I've only gotten started with the game which sucks since I'm pretty curious to find out what comes next.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think that quest requires you to capture all resource points, including mining points. There's one right next to the base that is easy to miss.

I can't believe that's what it was this whole, time I replayed that mission over and over and never caught it. It drove me crazy that I alone seemed to have this problem but it turns out it was as simple as that.

Does anybody know how to avoid Emelita route on stage 4 and moving further? If I will find no ways, I will probably forgot about this game and play some other Eunshully's stuff that I have — Arterial somehing...
To poor to drop out so lot amount of playing time for me in such cool RPG, but I don't like stuff where you forced to do some things.
