I've done pretty much every quest I can find or fathom, but im at the end of chapter 5 with no more quest options . The only quests available to me right now are

Illegal Dumping
Clean Lake Shisetika (Which I've met every requirement for this chapter so Im pretty sure Im either missing something or supposed to complete next chapter)
Crayl's Supplement (Same as Clean Lake Shisetika, met every requirement I can find and have now run out of options.)
Promise with the angel (After your told to make weapons that can hurt angels)
Investigate the creature (the replacement offering part I have the two crafted items and am waiting for the arena girls friend?)

Im trying to figure out how to get my promotion and I've been at this for a while now.
EDIT: I've been doing this for a while now... Incase it helps heres what I have going on for my character levels incase someone thinks I might be to low to complete an event.

So, did you check the Event Info? I think you have to make medicine for a blue-haired girl.

Pretty sure the Promise w/ the angel quest is a bit later.. but did you craft at least 3 of the Dazzling Balls and the other item you needed?

Or did you even visit Reyshamiel?
