I have not seen any scene for that quest or been given it. That's why I'm wondering if it's because I'm suffering from a glitch and have to start from scratch. I can't get any new story related quests after the missing alchemist.

I'm still trying to see the separation spell event for the chisel quest to advance the storyline. I tried using a cheat to get the materials for the beautiful necklace quest for Sharty hoping to advance the storyline with no luck so far. I'm going to try making one of everything on my alchemy list with cheats and try to get the doors open in some dungeons that requires keys. I'm gonna have to quit the game if I get no progress with the story, which I really don't want to do since I love the game so much.

I tried uninstalling the game and starting from new game. I sped through it doing all the quests and leaving free dungeons and a lot of alchemy items unsynthesized. Right now I'm stuck trying to get the events for missing alchemist to appear. I'm trying to make some progress with the save situation above, so I left it alone for now.

Any help would be greatly appreciatde because I don't know why I'm not getting anywhere anymore!!

P.S. If anyone has a save from just before the chisel quest starts, I am willing to take that. I'm up for anything at the moment, if it means i can progress the story.

Also try to level up everyone (well, mostly the 4 main characters) some more and see if that helps any.

Feel free to use cheats to level them up faster. Try getting them to the next multiple of 10 (lvl 20?) and see if that triggered any events, either in the city, or within your workshop (pink stars over their heads)

Mm.. I'd love to help but the earliest save I still have lying around is midway through chapter 4 locked onto Yuela route already.

I'll see if I can rush a game up to that one in a lil bit.

Edit: Hmm.. New games with no options still seem to give you some extra items(like the training bracelet), i'll see if i can just sell them off i guess.

Edit2: Ffs. Can't offer a save, managed to get to chapter 3 with relatively low levels(sub 10 for everyone =D, was testing how far I could push it.) but NG+ quests are enabled. Not gonna be fun for you to look at a level 50 extra mission methinks... Hopefully someone else will come along. :/

Have you done the "Baked Clay Foothills" map in the Rosean Mountains? You should get the chisel quest after going through events back in Yuidora once you clear that map.

Yes. Completed that map with 100%. No events are appearing in Yuidora which is why I'm stuck.

Okay, after going through an old save, here is exactly what happened to me after the "Baked Clay Foothills" map:


During the above sequence of events, Wil was level 17 and the main heroines were all level 19.

If none of that helps, I can attach the save I used, but you'll have to do the "Baked Clay Foothills" map again don't have a save immediately after the end of that map).

I saw events 1-3. Event 4 I'm not sure of. I have not been able to see 5 or 6. Everyone in my party is at or close to level 18. If you could attach the save anyways in case I still can't get anything when I try playing after work that would be greatly appreciated. I don't mind doing one map over again. It's better than not playing at all.

Also, I was wondering if I'm getting stuck because I'm trying to go into Serawi's route instead of Yuela's route for my first playthrough?

I found out that the very last location is revealed to you only after the second to last location is found! It is impossible to find this location (with search) before the all the other secret locations in the map have been found.

For some reasons lots of us forget to check events with pink stars in workshop in chapter 3.

All the reasons of this stuck status lead back to that forgetting.
