Anyway, there are some sites out there that reship internationally. Reshippers are basically businesses that give you a JP address to send to and then they deliver to your real address. that offer international forwarding service as mentioned.

Maybe you could find a local japanese human over internet, and somehow persuade to buy the game for you and send it via mail delivery services or/and someone driving/flying/swimming to your country.
