That might not be the case. There is still Tick! Tack!, Really? Really! and Shuffle! Love Rainbow. (And I thought Moonlit lovers was bad enough.)

A bit of news from me, I just went through the second battle as well and as I thought, no lag at all, I guess it's safe to say that the whole game(unlike other ps2 games on the emulator) is lag-free/slow-free if you have a computer that can run today's pc games, just a little something I thought I'd say to encourage everyone.

I'm not really sure if this is the right thread to post this, but it has the most relevant topic to this matter.

Project Shuffle! Essence+ seems halted for a moment because of lawsuits. What confuses me further is that there aren't any significant changes to the Project Dawn site itself; not even an update since mid-November.

What do you think they should do?, continue trying to translate shuffle despite the lawsuits right now?

or postpone it and translate GAII until the whole thing about shuffle calms down and they can continue.

problems with first option are the lawsuits,problems for the second option however are 1)shuffle fans(can't just think about ourselves here), and 2)project dawn's translator(said he won't translate anything outside the shuffle series i think)

what do you guys think?, I want to start properly playing GAII ASAP, but if there's a quick way around the shuffle problem maybe they should do that first?

For some reason, I prefer not to take advantage of this and push the translation team to translate GAII straight away. The group might have been shut down because of that issue. Perhaps ProjectDawn/Pilot000X shall give an update whenever the team starts to work again.

What about the original plan of asking Lester and/or aroduc(after he finishes his super secret project)?

Good news, lester said if he get's around doing it whenever he get's enough free-time then he'll do it, not guaranteed fast or anything considering he's still learning japanese and is also busy(according to him), but hey, it's a lot better than having no one at all.

I perfectly understand, which is why I said don't rush it, besides imo you guys should be able to finish it way before any other translation team decides to take on GAII even if you have little free time.(especially considering that most translation teams go after pc games, thinking that if they translate ps2 games they have to do it the hard way).

No, I don't know anything about their intentions of GAII (yet), just wanted to tell everyone the news.

Now they're translating another VN, and doesn't seem to accomplish anything concerning Shuffle! Essence.

I beg to disagree, project dawn is doing good progress even with his conditions(finals and no helpers yet and everything), and on top of that, when I asked him about GAII he told me he didn't give up on it and will hopefully start on it after finishing his current project if he is able to find a way to translate GAII.

Don't lose hope guys.
