excuse me, I'm having trouble here
I've downloaded and install the game + the update 1.10 patch correctly and then applying the 'full' english patch, but when I play the game the broccoli logo at the beginning of the game just showing black screen. I think "nah, maybe there's a little bug here, not a big problem" and continue playing the game. but then, the movie after choosing the heroine is just showing black screen again! it seems all the movie/animation inside the game won't appear (only showing black screen).

I don't know how to fix it, please help me

p.s: I've tried re-installing the game and play it without inserting the english patch. but it still only showing black screen (both the broccoli logo & ingame movies)

GA_start or GAEL_start for the Desktop Composition?

Just disable it on whatever .exe you're opening the game with.

I use shortcuts, therefore I'd tell the shortcut to disable desktop composition in its properties.
