FYI, while Galaxy Angel/Moonlit Lovers scripts look like this:
Spoiler:

Eternal Lovers's scripts look like this
Spoiler:

The speaker tags aren't even actually 'there', they're added in by the unpacking tool to make it vaguely readable. Furthermore, there are are significantly fewer scripts. In GA/ML, scripts were divided by route and chapter (including shared), mandatory, combat briefings, and all choice/branches for that route/chapter. In EL, there is basically just division by route and chapter with just the choices themselves (not the ensuing conversation) in a completely different script. Every single choice in the game. In basically just one long string list. Oi...

The point is that it's much MUCH harder to follow the flow of lines because there is little indication as to where branches start and end and almost no way to see transitions whatsoever. Many things (like post-battle quotes) are relatively formulaic so aren't that hard, but you should still be aware that I can barely see script flow at all so the chance of screwing up context is very high compared to GA/ML.

Regarding the battle quote error:
Very rarely, battle quotes are calling parts of the wrong quote for some reason, or cutting the line off incorrectly. The guy who wrote the disassembler/assembler is out of town until the end of August, and it's a hacking problem. I probably can't do anything about it myself, but the more information, the better. When in doubt, take a screencap along with the battle preferably because they're generally referenced according to that.

Examples of the issue:

I think I remember Mint's quote (the one that works) from the previous games, and I think there it was "Minimum effort, maximum effect". This sounds better on top of creating consistency.

It's always been "minimum attack" Or at least, it's a GA1 battle quote and I am 100% certain I've never touched those since GA1. *shrug* Alliteration schmalliteration.

Quote:
can can also fly an Emblem Frame well.

Already fixed this typo.

Hi, I tried to play using the patch but the game freezes soon after the start of the first battle.
I tried to change the visual settings but nothing changes, and it appears that the moment it freezes is random, but always in the first 20-30 seconds.

I can't say if it's just my problem or is due to the patch, I haven't tried to play without it.

Also, when the first video played I could hear the music but the screen was black.

Update:
These problems are not related to the patch, but with my computer, I have the same problems even without patch.

EL is built on an updated engine all around, likely due to Sim Mode. Make sure your DirectX is up to date? Otherwise, can't really help because I can't duplicate it.

I tried to install it on a different pc with vista instead of 7 and it seems to work.
I have not checked my directx but I assume it's alright since steam should update them constantly (not sure)

First of all, thank you, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

This was my favorite game of the trilogy, because of some additional super-serious music tracks I felt gave the series a better "angelic outer space" feel, and because of all the plot twists, etc.

Now, unfortunately, I won't have quite as much time to point out errors as I did last time, because I'm actually professionally employed now and I work most of the day.

However, this is a spectacular job so far.

I've only spotted one error as I'm playing this, and it's a battle quote of Milfeulle's.

Quote:
Milfeulle: But... why, Tact... ? No, I should be overthinking this.

Given the context of the quote, which is in the battle that comes right after

Spoiler:

I think the line should be "No, I shouldn't be over thinking this," since she sounds like she's trying to convince herself.

Another battle quote error:

Quote:
Vanilla: Harvester, attack from the target has been 1,1,62,1,1

I assume this was that rare corruption error you were talking about earlier in the thread.

I looked through that area in the scripts and didn't see any problems. Upload a save somewhere before that and I'll check. I'm a little burned out on actually playing through GA after repeatedly doing it for the others for testing/editing over the past couple years after I've ALREADY played through it before.

Fixes above made (of the ones I can make). Patch updated.

Belated edit and update:
I -think- I got the crashing issue in 3-2 of Milfie's. Or at least there was one thing slightly different there from the similar briefings (extra line), but it was never crashing for me in the first place so... *shrug*

2x edit: Wrong folder. Fixed

That's a mystery that you'll just have to take a deep breath and rely on common sense to lead you to the answer.

=====================================

Already noticed and corrected a brainfart translation error common to all chapter 5 pre-battle where Lester and Tact are discussing how the attack on Juno will proceed.

Is that second quote there working properly? It looks kind of odd.

Here's another typo, this one a story typo and not a battle quote error:

Quote:
Lester: Y-you're coming here?!

Shiva: You have an objection?

Lester: No, I didn't mean that...Just, Your Majesty, you should want until after we free Eden...

Given the context, this word should be "wait," not "want."

Quote:
Tact: But that's another reason why we absolutley can't lose. We have to do this together, Milfie.

This should be "absolutely," not "absolutley."

If you center the camera around Vanilla in the second-to-last-battle, you'll get this battle quote typo:

Spoiler:

Given the context, this should be "if" not "it."

EDIT: Very well, Aroduc, I'll use the edit function to put errors in a single post from now on. Testing, 1, 2, 3, can you see this?

Unfortunately I ended up being busy with real life yesterday, but now I'm playing Ranpha's route, and here's the first typo I found on it:

Quote:
Ranpha: Hey, hey, Wein, Lushati.

Wein: Yes?

Ranpha: What do think of this park?

This should be "do you think," not "do think."

EDIT: I found another typo on Ranpha's route.

Quote:
Milfeulle: You mean...you didn't notice?

Chitose: We, um...didn't dare saying anything...

Given the context of the sentence, you should use the present tense instead of the present participle. In other words, you should use "say," not "saying."

I hope I'm still doing this the way you wanted, adding to a single post like you said.

EDIT: This next error could apply to any route except Milfeulle's own.

This one isn't in the dialogue, however, it's in a "choice." And it isn't exactly a typo.

If you choose to visit Milfeulle's room after

Spoiler:

but before you find out that

Spoiler:

then in the top choice that comes up, "There's still something to believe in", the writing actually goes past the box of choices, making it difficult to read the "in" part.

New patch should (maybe) fix the battle quote issues, but like I said, it happens too rarely to be able to track well. Please let me know if there are still issues with it.

Edit:
And I've taken care of the issues up to here. They'll be included in the next patch.

FYI. The interface stuff is just me packing up what was imported from ML (before the issues with the disassembler were found) along with the combat stuff and a quick 15 minute job through some other things like the title menu.

When/if I find the motivation, I'll take care of the rest, although I certainly welcome someone else doing it.

If you just modified GA_config.ini and then tried to run in windowed, then that's why. It happens regardless of the patch or not.

Didn't mean to sound rude, but I think it is patch related.

With patch 0.95a

After using patch 0.98
