how do you get to her(chitose) route? I only see the 5 main girls in the first route branch point.

Been a while since I last played. You have to use the Chitose patch and install into it to play on Chitose's route. If you've already done that, you have at least finish one of five girl's route. Once you've completed one route and started a new game, the sixth branch point (room next to Vanilla's room) labeled "???" should be open, which leads to the Chitose route. Hope that helped! ^^
