Orbital Lazers? first thing: that would be quantum physics (its says there are like 16) the second: its undetectable except through its influence, it speeds up motion the third: that would be interesting, each could have an army, (speaking of which , i might need to get nanobots from vanilla, ive figured out HOW to use them to reverse aging), and hopefully we dont end up like mint's fanclub from the episode where forte and normad were boxers, and one of them was a high ranking army emmber, and started a war on forte (though awesome, its pointless, and besides, forte is too badass to kill, especially like that) (plus if she dies, we don't get to have the whole angel wing...or even the whole ORIGINAL angel wing...and it wouldn't even be the 6th ranger we lost) (plus she's awesome, so there really shouldn't be any reason to kill her) (notably, it WAS ironic to cosplay AS mint, the cosplayer) (she isnt ironic, but people cosplaying as an avid cosplayer is) and the last thing: the death star, or the balck moon (after it shot rhome, it basically was an underpowered death star (unless that wasn't its full power) + a mass production facility (the death star was a space station moon base, so it held a lot of ships, but it wasn't built to MAKE them in vast quantities)) on a side note (though more on topic): what if they remade the series, as one huge visual novel....it could be done on computers with like 16 disks, or multiple disks for a console (like resident evil did), it would enable the character tact chose to be whoever you actually chose, rather than just milffeue, (they probably just used milffeue, as they wanted to use SOMEONE, and it would be pointless to have the player tell it for just that one thing, when it no longer really matters, since you can't use them till the end, though it should have just read your memory card if you had it, like with the fighting the angel wing thing), and perhaps have decisions that would alter the main plot (such as actually talking to the black moon at the end of the first one, instead of assuming it was evil, and not that it just let eonia use it like that, because that was the only way to find the white moon, which it needed to combine with to defeat the evil val-fasq, and it happened to be amoral) (or perhaps talking to shatoroyan about how pointless it is to keep the limiters on, when the ships only let one person use them, and theyve already proven themselves capable of not going mad with power, and to say that she would explain everythign about the lost technology to the people who the white moon chose, but won't let it fuse, after stating that the white moon's own will may have been awakened, or having limiters on the emblem frames, when they chose who to give the power to...(of course, the white moon may NOT have free will, as this would further require and thus add to, the use of humans, but the black moon requires it as otherwise it would do nothing without a pilot...(though it might)) (and what if the black moon ate the white moon, the blue moon, the green moon, the red moon, AND the yellow moon (er was that one of them?) and they used THAT to defeat the shadow moon, and then absorbed THAT...theyd proabably have a psychadelic rainbow strobe colored HUGE planet sized space station with tentacles, and a wierd multicolored aura, that created halo powered, val-fasq mind controlled, mass produced armies of ships, (like o-gaub + a halo system), with a giant chrono break cannon instead of the laser the black moon used, but the armies having perhaps more fluid, jointed motion (like hawks or something), and both satelite er giant planet, and armies having anti chrono wave fields)

Considering that Broccoli no longer seems interested in making GA, perhaps this would work.

 Re: GAIII
Instead of wasting money buying the copyright from Broccolli.. Wouldnt it be more beneficial if you just made your own fan-fiction based game of Galaxy Angel (doesn't really require copyright protection as long as you are not specifically benefiting from it)?

 Re: GAIII
It'd still be difficult to create new characters and new angel frames and even more stuff, using the old cast of either would just make it a continuation of GAI or GAII and this is the GAIII thread afterall.
not to mention, fanfiction and fan work can only go so far even without copy right problems, A whole game crew(like those companies have) is needed for something beyond fan work.
I suggest we somehow convince broccoli to make GAIII, a GA game not made by broccoli won't feel like a true GA game *points at the game in newgrounds*

 Re: GAIII
That's quite true indeed, Broccolli will demand big money for the copyright regardless because of the shared profit they have with their old business rivals so it may be a little bit of a hassle.
Also that gave me a little laugh of the newsground game. The best game engine that was used for that hand-me-down game could be close to Ren'Py's game engine since it priotizes in games like those. But then again, there is another GA fan-fiction named "A New Dawn" being made with close relations to UI, Battle, etc to the original versions. But there are still restrictions since the person is still not aquanted with a sufficient enough coding capability. While the script that he/she wrote doesn't closely relate to anything GA-related so it's merely a wasted effort.

 Re: GAIII
Simply because the creator is losing faith that there is not support behind him/her, or that people actually do care about a fan-fiction game about GA being created. Which influences many aspiring game-creators to step-down because of lack of motivation.

If GA has any hope in the fanmade department, it's with "A New Dawn", since Klacid BUTCHERED the show with his game.

 Re: GAIII
It has been quite some time since the last post regarding the site owner (about 2-3 months). He could have already fallen into depression and simply dropped the project already, a pity really since he was getting coding help for this project and it actually looks interesting for a fan-fiction game.

 Re: GAIII
The only issue regarding that is the fact that you'll need a coder, script-writer, artist, etc in order to formulate a team to make even a simple fan-fiction game. Unless you can speak Japanese (or grab a translator) and can contact Broccolli without them claiming you are a stalker, etc. Then grab enough money to persuade them to give ownership of Galaxy Angel to you, then things will turn for the better.
Both options are lengthy with a random stroke of luck for it to work out.
