(OOG: No, it was because most of the guns from the massacre were modified before the massacre so that they would kill the owner instead. That will probably mark him for a long time. Anyway, he prefers stealthy weapons (polar opposite of Forte) and crossbow does the job very effectively. His melee weapon is a light mace, so if he needs to knock someone unconscious, he can do this.)

(OOG: Don't underestimate crossbows, they are good, especially in Resident Evil 2.)
