Most likely it's a windows 10 issue.

Have you tried windows 7 or lower compatibility mode?

No idea. I've ignored windows 10 like the plague it is. The only thing I could recommend is downgrading back to what you had before.

Also does trying to run it in fullscreen give an error of sorts? Does anything happen? Screen flicker black?

Yeah I wanted to go back but it doesn't let me anymore

The first time I tried to go back it didn't let me, and I tried many times after that

you can fix this you need to change the Systemaoi graphics settings by right click on taskbar and click the f10 one or simply hit f10. then make sure you chose the 2nd graphics option ie bottem right. i have no idea what any of this says tho. image below in case you get lost :)

I had problems too with this game's fullscreen not working on Windows 10. No idea if it's related to the patch.

Anyway, I changed my desktop resolution to 800x600 (ouch) then I installed 'borderless gaming' and it ran perfectly in fullscreen glory.

Btw, thanks for the translation =)
