I've done the quests where you make them weapons and gotten them to join but nothing else shows up. What am I supposed to do at this point?

I think you juste need to go back to the Eushully's house to get their 2nd and 3rd quests. Also you get only 1 quest per visit.

When I go back to the house nothing happens. That was the first thing I did.

You need to level them up. I think to level 55.
