I am in my first NG+, but i cannot find the red mantle recipe. is there a knowledge/sense requirement to unlock it? (i have both stone golem and leguna in my party)

Both Leguna's and Stone Golem's accessoriess require 250 Knowledge/Sense (don't remember which).

250 sense ... also they can muta .... only problem is material is in lvl 90 map ....
