There are some skills which, judging by their descriptions, have pretty much the same effect. - Flash Step / Sword Flash. - Flighty Guardian / Cover. - White Angel Service / Black Angel Service. Are they really the same, or not? |

i would like to know this as well  i have a guess: it seems to me that the proc rate of flighty guardian depends on some parameters (luck?). at least i feel like it has been slightly increasing over the time and now seems to proc more often than cover 3. maybe we should start an experiment. (but for something like this a lot of data, ie participants, is needed) |
