Post problem in menus
Hello i was wondering if someone knows how to solve this problem. I have installed the game and everything is okay but the load and save menu, the cg gallery or anything that can be scrolled is scrolling up like crazy. I have tried removing the mouse but the problem is still there, and i'm out of ideas.

You have some cum stuck under your UP arrow key
Remove the UP key/button and give it a good wipeout with some tissue (scissors or long nails work well for removing keys)
Re-insert Up arrow key
In future be more careful and work on that aim ;) GL

Nah, haven't seen anything like that mentioned anywhere.

Unlikely to help but try shutting down as many processes as you can in Windows.
Maybe something that's running is influencing it.
<CTRL><ALT><DEL>, Processes tab.

Only problem I know of is with LAV-Splitter, but that's not the problem you have.
That problem causes is the came to crash before starting the intro video.
Go to the LAV-Splitter Settings (LAV Filters menu from the Start menu)
Click on the Input Formats tab at the top. Disable 'mpeg' under input formats.

I assume you don't have another PC you could try the game on.
Unfortunately it sounds like something specific to your system.
