The requirements for rank 3 is store + workshop lvl 3 and 800 evaluation. I have those at level 3 and my evaluation is above 1000 but Rosanna's workshop doesn't appear on the map. Will I get that opportunity later in the chapter or is the required evaluation the amount I've gathered in the current chapter?

About sales. It seems incredibly hard getting anything sold. I have around 8 items listed and only sold 2 items so far. I also have items that boost sales by 22 but it doesn't seem to help. How do I get stuff sold more often? Can I get rid of stuff I don't want if I don't get them sold?
