 Patch not covering Append content?

Post Patch not covering Append content?
I noticed that none of the append content (i.e the extra stories or the deadbeat dungeon) is translated. Does the patch not cover this, or did I install it wrong?

The patch should cover it.
The right installing order should be.

You need to apply the textfix if you're having trouble with some Append text (happened to me when first hearing Demonfolk rumors from Tian).
