Tried looking but couldn't seem to find it. Just starting NG+ and is there an easy way to level the NG+characters while keeping your levels from first playthrough? Everyone is in thier 40s+ and the new guys are at 1. monsters are at minimum 35 and they constantly get 1 shotted. even having them kill things with death seems to net 10 xp max for some reason.

Equip high level character with Training Bracelet to leave the mob to 1 HP, kill it with the low character, and repeat process.

Did you remove the cap? You shouldn't remove the cap in the NG+ options. If you didn't, it's quite strange you have so much trouble. Monsters shouldn't be though even for level 1 chars.
Anyway the easiest way is using the Deadbeat Dungeon, you can easily get the first 20 levels with 1 kill = 1 level as soon as it's available.

Yeah Sadly I did remove the cap. was thinking it'd make it more challenging... It did do that for new characters lol. Guess I'm still very near the start so I could just restart again. Only did all of the arena and very little story. I've been getting kills with them alright with the training bracelet and death weapons but they seem to only get maybe 10-20xp for killing something level 35+. Is that a side effect of the uncap too?

Thanks for the replies. I also was going for the hardcore aspect of it. It really just seems more grindy with it on. I see very little increase in difficulty with uncap and hard mode even. I'll just use the Deadbeat Dungeon this playtrhough I didn't in the first run might as well see what it's like in this one. Also noticed that they sure do give a ton of xp there. Wonder if that's intentional vs normal higher level enemies.

The enemies' current levels matter not a bit when calculating EXP gain. Only their BASE levels matter (check the info section for those).
I.e. you get the exact same amount of EXP for killing a level 5 undine as you do a level 99 one, because undine counts as a "level 5 monster". I hope you get what I mean.

P.S. The reverse can also happen in some dungeons, like the Fruitful Woods on Serawi's route.

Is there a way to manipulate the rng to get the +2hp +1 everything on lily every time? or just save before each level skip a turn and rinse/repeat? I've been having her with marwin's the entire time and she does seem to get a ton more +1s then everyone else but I've yet to see everything go up at once. Sidenote Suina is the only one I have seen level up not once, but twice and gain nothing. I did not know that was possible.

Just grind the final deadbeat dungeon via king putteto but don't kill it. It's base level is 70.
It will give massive exp even if you don't kill it. 3 turns per level. It'll be even 2x more faster if you equip 4 demeter gems to Wil/3 heroines. Oh and don't forget the marwen's accesories.
Bring along a cleric if the damage is too much to handle for the char you're leveling.
With the level capacity turned on, if it reached lvl 99, you'll have no problem about the gap.

I don't know if this is a bug, but I have a question. I am playing my first ng+ game and I noticed that after you make the beautiful necklace for sharty it skips the h scene. Is this normal for all new game + games? H Scenes already unlocked are skipped? If so is there a way to turn them on again?

Sorry if this is a nooby question and thank you.

Hopefully this is a good enough place to post this question.

I don't think the (only?) trigger was the crafting of the necklace.
Sharty has to be a certain level to trigger the scene (lv 21?).
It may also require a certain stage of the story.

I'm on an NG+ and had the scene you're talking about. (Replay #6 under Suina, right?)
I can assure you that all of the scenes do occur if you have the right triggers.

Well when I craft it, the scene starts and finishes there just isn't a h scene in it. I'm just starting a ng+ so I was wondering if that was something I had to look forward too? Or do I need to start every new ng+ at first level?

Post subject:  Re: Question about NG+

The necklace (Quest 47) is not the trigger, it can be completed in Chapter 3.
You don't get any h-scenes until chapter 4, once you've selected a route.
Pretty sure you can't get any side h-scenes until after the first heroine one on your route.

You don't need to restart character levels, as long as they're higher than the minimum requirement the scenes will trigger.
(All of my characters were level 99 when I started this run and I got the scene).
