 A Good Drink 3 What happened to this quest? The last I've heard of it is Tian telling me to come back when I have the money, but I have well over 20k now and I'm in Chapter 4. The quest says that failure comes at Chapter 7, so I'm not sure why I'm not getting the event to buy it at the bar. I did complete the "Clear the Saerav" quest too.

Re: A Good Drink 3 No, that wikia says the quest begins in chapter 2-4, but must be cleared in chapter 5-6.
Besides, you missed this:
"Unlike the rest of the chain, can only be completed as early as Chapter 5."
