... Your missions tell you what you need to do, in this case most immediately, you need to craft a charcoal catalyst. I believe it's a key item under the synthesis menu.

Yeah, misread that, sorry. Somehow I thought it said craft the catalyst wasn't done.

Check the units in your workshop -- do any of them have a star over their heads? That means you can click on them to get various cutscenes, many of which are required to progress

If you can upload your save, I can take a quick look around.

If you're on Windows Vista or Windows 7, you can just copy/paste %LocalAppData%\Eushully\神採りアルケミーマイスター\SAVE into the Run dialog to find the save files. Each save is a pair of files with the save number on them.

As for uploading the file somewhere, any simple filehosting service should do.

If I'm not wrong, you need to go to Yuidora Mines to talk to the Earth Mana and the Lake... place, to talk to the water mana.

You should have access to the manor, but you don't. Not sure why. If I had to hazard a guess, it's because it looks like you edited your save file (or a memory edit of some kind). Your total networth is very close to exactly a million santoeril higher than would be expected in your current state. It's very likely that whatever tool you used to cheat with broke your game.

have you tried leveling your characters a bit?

His characters are all suitably levelled up for doing chapter 7, much less 4. I suspect the characters were also edited - now that I think about it, it's possible that a class-up flag was missed as a result, and so until Serawi is brought back to where she is supposed to be he will be unable to proceed.
