What is the use of that skill? You don't go farther than walking, you're still just as limited by elements (you can't teleport over a lava river unless you have firewalk as well), it costs just as much FS to travel...

I think you can go trough walls with teleport.

Hmm... They'd have to be right next to each other then, because I don't recall encountering walls that could be passed like that...

You can also go over (small) bodies of water/any other terrain if you happen to have a square on the other side. Plus, it's fun seeing your characters do it?

Meh, Interdimensional is better. And teleport is good for finishing stuff fast, because it allows you to skip forward in maps that have zigzagging shapes, like the Rags hunt mission one in Chaotic Warground.

And because of that it's better than Teleport as a skill. An extra type of motion=better skill.

In case you were having some sort of a misunderstanding, this topic is about Teleport as a skill, not the type of motion(at least going by OP).

I was indeed referring to the skill teleport (as opposed to the Teleport Stone).

I was wondering because thanks to Wilfred's Special Accessory, he can now teleport, but I'm unimpressed by it so far. It's true that it allows you to skip walls (that are less than one square in width), but those situations are extremely seldom.

Interdimensional is pretty rare though.

As an accessory, having the ability to switch to teleport when you need to get somewhere is helpful, you'll probably be running some form of drop improvement 90% or a generic stat booster most of the time anyways.
