How do you use it? I got Uya's accessory and hes 99 but i have no clue how to ascend him or whatever.

you place the fountain at your yard.
in case of Uya, you should have tail ornament as the accessory, and of course you should be level 99

then you should have an event marker with Uya at your workshop.

Ah his is Tail Ornamanet? I guess theres 2 then cause i got a choker looking one that was Uya only. I hope theres an easier way to get these, ive spent 3 hours and only gotten a few for the 2.0 Bonus chars who i havent unlocked yet lol.

you could always equip ful's mill / tear on you farming characters to increase drop

- Ful's Mill : +1 Move and +1 Item when defeat mobs.
Can be found in the Free map at Yuma Lake - Undergound Lake (lv 16) .
Take the choice 50k when ask for information to search Ganz.

- Ful's Tears : +1 Move and +2 Items when defeat mobs.
Can be found in Yuidora Mine - Ragena Ruin (lv 65) .Search hidden rooms near Asmodeus.

You can Transmigrate someone whos level 99 and has their character specific accessory. It resets them to level 1, but they keep the stats they had.

I think he meant to ask about the whole transmigration function.

Basically, it serves to allow you to get your characters to max stats, which is impossible normally - even at level 99 you are usually far from having max stats and HP(which caps at 500). So to help you with that, the game has a feature where a character that's level 99 can be brought down to level 1 while losing nothing(basically just changing the level). For that you need the Fountain of Youth furniture for your Yard(you can get it from one of the Advent Bay map's clearing rewards) and the specific character's special accessory(e.g. Yuela's Eastern Hairpin or Uya's Tail Ornament) which are drops from monsters in the five level 90 maps(NG+ maps, present from the moment you start the second playthrough). And, of course, you need the character you want to transmigrate to be level 99.

When you have all of the above, you click on the character in the house(it should have an event star above it) to initiate the scene(it's untranslated, but it's basically a yes/no question).
