I've been playing this game for a while and have decided I would like to give the developers money for making a good game. How do I give these people money without having to navigate their moon-rune website?

I JUST WANT THEM TO TAKE MY MONEY.

Only place I've found so far is Amazon - Japan branch & not even sure it's in stock. J-list don't have it & play-asia don't have it... a web site that assists in buying it said two other stores supposed to have it but no stock.
Then there's that opening graphic... there's not much english on it but it does say (Japan sales only).
No idea what the rest says... but off hand... I don't think they WANT to sell to us?

I ordered my copy from AmiAmi (still in customs though).

One thing I wonder, are the appends to be acquired separately?

From what I can make out Append disc one was a pre-order bonus only. Not sure about the other 2. Append disc one has (had?) only some wall papers & concept art & the patch.
