Since grinding is not much fun and i had way too much time i created some cheats for the game.
My script is based on the initial work done by スレにいる皆様. However i enhanced the script by at least 3 times the items you can add and many new options.
Some notes:

HOWTO FREEZE VALUES:
for those who did not find the freeze value option: it is above the insert field / numpad thingy. it is the lonely checkbox at the top of the screen named freeze...

RE crashing in spoileral:
i had a look at spoileral's source code and it sucks balls. there are some funny timing issues which make spoileral crash quite nicely. tldr: let the game and spoileral run on different cpu cores exclusively. make sure that spoileral does run on a different core and you can nearly completely remove the crashes (in your taskmanager select the process register find age.exe and right click. select change affinity. only check one of the checkboxes. do the same for spoileral.exe but choose another cpu checkbox). basically spoileral starves while running on the same core as the game.

Some notes:
- changing a characters status in the deployment section gets lost once you exit the map / the character levels up. benefits from items are already included in the stats
- if you want to alter a characters status permanently use its status option in the permanent changes section. benefits from items are NOT included in these stats
- do not use the character level option to level a character up. you will not get any bonuses for your stats if you skip some levels. instead set your exp to e.g. 99 and you get a level up after the next attack. rinse and repeat...
- you can freeze values if you use the checkbox above the insert / numpad thingy.
- to level up instantly set exp to 99, freeze that value and attack / get attacked. after the attack is done you will get as many level ups as you like. do not click before you see level + 1 on the status screen or this wont work. after you have gained enough levels unfrezze the value.
- there are two options you need to check in order to add an item. first it must be known. find the item in the "found flag" list and set it to any value except 0. 1 should do the trick. next find the item in the regular list and set the item number. you might need to enter and exit a map to force the game to check that there is a new item
- to switch to a decimal system (instead of hexadecimal) click on the lower right button starting with "16" as a caption (it is under the Max button)



The script runs in the japanese program "spoilerall". you can get it from http://wcs.main.jp/index/software/spal/index.htm. extract version 6.1 and copy my script into the ssg folder. start spoileral.exe and double click on the only available entry (contains "version 2.00"). the cheats are in english! for a short how to use the cheats see e.g. http://randomneet.blogspot.com/2010/10/ ... at-at.html

- added reset action toggle for deployed units. you can move / attack multiple times per turn. however you can only act as often as you have deployed units. e.g. you have 4 units deployed: you get to act a max of 4 times with any unit per turn
- added weapon level / exp for all units. like the character level option you should not set the weapon level directly, rather set the weapon exp closely to the limit for the next level. levels range from 0 to 6, 0 = worst, 6 = best.
- Crayanne was missing from the character level selection
- changed the freeze checkbox-text to freeze ;)

edit7: new download links

new version:
- Sturdy Ivy was bugged (forgot to remove a comment)
- Anastasia Exp was bugged
- removed freeze option in batch mode, spoileral might use invalid values and crash/corrupt the game
- added Hannah, Lily, Leguna, Stone Golem
- started Weapon/Acc Level/Exp group. A lot of weapons are still missing. Unlike all the other level stuff: you can set the level directly (no need to set the exp closely to the limit for the next level). You will get the stats bonus and the item recipe on max level.
- started Enemies/Allies Stats group. Again not yet finished. Still have not found a way to distinguish an enemy from an ally: e.g. if there is an ally it might get the pointer address which otherwise points to the 2nd enemy. To use it compare the stats value in-game with the ones in this tool. if they match you might have found the right unit. change the current hp value and see if it got changed in-game too. if not you did not find the right unit. change the value to its former value. anyway take care when using this!

- added AoE charge timer (set the time you can use area attacks again)
- added X/Y position for units. Change it before moving a character, or you might get some minor graphic glitches. The origin is the upper-left position, it has the coordinates 1,1. X points to the right screen side, Y to the bottom.

- perma stats batch mode was bugged (another forgotten white space...)
- added changeable limits for perma stats. stats were resetted on level up, when they were higher than their limit (setting a limit to 0 will remove it)
- added artifact accessories
- finished Weapon/Acc Level for all maid weapons

- Teleport Stone was bugged
- added all furniture items (thanks to 5il3nc3r for translating the missing items). need to group them into smaller sub categories tho...

- added 1st map hack option: gain control over the whole map. after setting this, select any character and you gain full map control. however each time you move, you will still lose control over any room which is occupied by enemies and has no friendly unit in it. unchecking this option has no effect, so dont click it, kthxbye.

- added Trapping Quest - Killed Monsters section. lets you set the amount of monsters you have killed (to trigger the events you still need to kill at least one greyhound after setting greyhound kills to e.g. 100)

- added number of kills for each character / batch mode

- finished Weapon/Acc Level/Exp group. also added a batch mode to set each item to its max level.

- hit status was bugged

- all Retel bows exp were bugged
- added Unit Weapon Mastery Exp Limits group. sets the needed threshold of exp for each level (e.g. to reach weapon level d you needed 3000 exp, while m needed 30000 exp. now you can all set to 1 exp and you can insta level from level e to m)
- added Weapon/Acc Exp Limits. sets the needed kills to level a weapon / an accessory up. each item has its own batch mode to set a min limit. there is also a batch mode to set all items to a min limit.

most likely not in the near future. this took already way too long.
unless i really missed a character ( there should be all of them) or an important item (keys are missing...) these cheats should be all you need.

warning rant ahead:
using spoileral to actually find an unknown item pointer is near impossible. all you can do is look at one fixed address. there is simply no search function at all.
using other tools like cheat engine wont work easily since the game encrypts its memory (for reading values it goes like this: $Val/0x0100*0x0100/0x80)|($Val*0x01000000/0x80/0x01000000)|($Val*0x01000000/0x80*0x0100)=>temp;(($temp^([:[:0x5C9BC8:]+0x0593AC:]))+0)=>temp;($temp/0x010000*0x010000/0x0800)|($temp*0x010000/0x0800/0x010000)|($temp*0x010000/0x0800*0x010000) this means: take the value, do some fancy shifts, use some boolean logic and xor it with some other value (most likely a generated random number)
so e.g. your hp in game is 200. now to find a memory address for it, you take that value, do the above dance and search for that resulting value. however this will only get you a valid pointer until you close the game or even until you change a scene (im starting to hate eushully). so you need to find a "base pointer" which points to that pointer and does not get changed. and all the time you have to the magic dance. since the random number gets changed often, you have to filter your searches for the changed value and no longer the old computed one. this is too much of a pain to do manually.
so either you disassemble the game code and find the addresses there or write your own memory searcher which does the magic dance by it self. both ways would take me maybe a day. but i cant see why it should be necessary since there should be enough cheats to get by.

tldr: unless i missed something serious or fucked up an item which is in the lists (my resorting changed some addresses ;)) i am done with it

Finding Hp, Sp, and FS values are pointless anyway since you can just give yourself a whole bunch of stat raising item. Yeah, I was hoping to be able to change the exp values/stats for the Crayanne and the other 19 characters. Also, if you max their stats and then level you get to the class caps for those stats. It's a nice way to get past random stat ups.

Well.
If it's about cheat this game.I got the Trainer for it.
It's in Japanese though .But still useable for those who want to cheat.

It's a shame that I got this trainer after I finished the game and upload my bonus save (for ver1.0) in fakku forum.So the Trainer is useless to me.

I recommend not to cheat though.



And who use this ,please back up your save.
Since it's full Japanese ,someone may make some stupid mistake and make the game crash.
Hope someone can remake it to full English.

I can't get this to work it seems. I am editing their stats (under their name) and it doesn't seem to affect combat. I have 200 Strength but it does absolutely nothing, just changes the number. For reference, I am not looking to permanently edit my characters' stats, just get past the Prayer Grounds in Emelita's route. I want to make them unable to be hit or have enough defense so everything does 1 damage while being able to kill the enemies in a single hit. I only want it to last this map, since nothing else in this game seems as cheap as this map.

Nothing seems to be working with the SpoilerAl

use deployed unit status to change stats for the current map. permanent changes in the characters list menu are only applied for the next map.
to test if spoileral works change e.g. move to 99 for your 1st deployed unit, get back into the game, click again on the 1st characters picture in the lower bar and you should be able to walk a lot further.

In the untranslated furniture section you limited the maximum value of items to 1 instead of 999/9999, well at least for the Ammonite Fossil.

i wrote a custom memory search tool as a standalone app / assembler add-on for cheatengine to find missing stuff. the now completed cheat options should be enough to get by. tho adding stuff has become quite easy now :P

If you cheat for a character to level 99, is there anyway to get their skills or are skills given via another way? I know the main characters get theirs via enhancement but what about the other characters? just wondering if ill have to manually level each up to 99 or if i can set them to 99.

did not try it but should work:
freeze exp at 99 and attack / get hit. should lvl up faster then.

skills behave like items, so i could add them to the list. but there are 20 in-game pages of them, this would certainly not be fun...

to actually get the skills and stats bonus when you use the set level cheat you actually have to call the games lvl up routine, a simple edit of the level value will not do this. this needs a proper trainer ;)

btw for cheatengine you have to use either custom types (and code the convert function in assembler) or use an external app to decode / encode the values you want to find. i did both, tho my cheatengine add-on behaves a bit wonky at the moment. tho cheatengine might be the culprit since lua custom types are completely broken and asm works only sometimes. the same asm code used outside of cheatengines works flawlessly...

Just curious, would it be possible to have it so you can set multiple characters stats to min/max? I know some of the other games you would have like character 1-4 then 5-8 etc. Just curious how hard that would be to do to go alongside the single character one.
