It's all in the tittle when I click yes when the game ask me if I want to save I get this

i don't know jap so i don't know what the message says. But i'll try^^

Are you running the game as administrator? if not, try it. Right click, run as administrator.
If i am not wrong someone else had this problem and solved it this way.

Or install the game/patch outside default location (ie outside Program Files/Program Files (x86)). Mine's installed on E drive... Win7 can be a bit of a pain sometimes with permission issues.
