So I saved Rosanna and went to the temple where I learned about Emelita's origins as well as finished most of the sidequests besides the dragon hunt one( which should be optional anyway, right?).My Store and workshop are both level 8 as required and I have 9300 evaluation, way over the required 5000, but I do not get the option of going to Rosanna's manor and starting the new chapter.

I'm not yet sure that this is a bug, but I've been trying to think about what could cause this for over a day now, to no avail.I have no other active quests besides the "Get promoted to the next rank!" one, whose requirements I fulfill, yet I cannot complete it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
