Is there a limited number of EU cards that give the unique materials in each playthrough? According to the wiki EU cards containing Dark Maid Feathers spawn in Lake Shisetika - Western Shore and in Rosean Mountains - Flame Fox's Den But i've entered and re-entered them about 15 times each now and the cards do not respawn |
