I'm pretty new to this Tier List thing so any1 who has some experience with it can contribute

Most of the time my party looks like this:

Character - Reason:
Wil - Double Action, Ethereal, Adventurer
Yuela - Double Action, Ethereal, Prevail, can reach very high dodge rates
Emelita - Double Action, Ethereal, Prevail, Sonic Scream, AoE attacks, healing
Serawi - Double Action, Ethereal, Prevail, Enhanced Battery (bigger range then Emelita's Sonic Scream and with a couple of Mars stones, it gets deadly), healing
Lily - can equip any weapon you want her to have, decent better then average defense against elemental attacks except psychical and holy.
Mylen - Double Action, Prevail, can reach high dodge rates
Phinilly - Double Action, high defense against both magic and melee attacks.
Asmodeus - Double Action, Amorous Touch (range 5, 0 sp cost move that can inflict charm status)

Lily replacements:
Stone Golem - HUGE HP, Prevail, invulnerable to +death, high defensive stats
Ragsmuena - high defense against melee, +death moves
